How it works

A free-text breakdown ticket goes in; three ranked technicians come out. The score weights skill match, historical first-time-fix rate and the hazard class of the ticket, with high-hazard work forcibly biasing toward senior techs. It runs on a real CMMS export — including the parts where the field definitions disagree with the documentation, such as work-type codes whose actual meaning was nothing like what the manual claimed.
