I do not build software for a living, so every tool here grew out of an afternoon where something was genuinely stuck.
A succession bench whose gaps you cannot see, a salary sheet whose column names change every quarter, a talk you cannot pace before walking on stage — none of these are big problems, but each one costs you the same half hour every time. Written down as a tool, next time it takes thirty seconds.
They are all single HTML files on purpose. Nothing to host, nothing that dies when a cloud service shuts down — sitting on a hard drive ten years from now, a double-click will still open them.
